Rocket Relay Manager - Guide

Rocket Relay Manager is a Chrome extension for optimizing your workflow on the Amazon Relay loadboard. This guide explains how to use all features of the extension to create and manage post-truck orders efficiently.

Installation

To install Rocket Relay Manager, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Chrome Web Store page for Rocket Relay Manager
  2. Click the "Add to Chrome" button on the Chrome Web Store page
  3. Review the permissions and click "Add extension" in the confirmation dialog
  4. Click "Sign in with Google" and select your Google account
  5. Start Your Free Trial: After signing in for the first time, you'll be offered a 7-day free trial. Click "Start Free Trial" to activate all premium features immediately. You'll receive email notifications before your trial ends and you can cancel anytime.
  6. Once installed, you'll see the Rocket Relay Manager icon in your Chrome toolbar

  • Tested in Chrome browser only (May 2025)
  • We do not collect any personal information, including any details associated with your Amazon Relay account

Creating Orders from Loadboard Trips

The extension adds a "Post Truck" button to each trip displayed on the Amazon Relay loadboard.

  1. Click the "Post Truck" button on any loadboard trip
  2. A form will open with pre-filled information from the selected trip

  3. Customize the following parameters before creating your order:

    • •
      Price

      Set your own price. (Tip: The default price is lower than the original trip for quicker booking.)

    • •
      Origin/Destination Radius

      Adjust pickup and delivery radius

    • •
      Time Windows

      The start and end times will match those of the selected trip

    • •
      Driver Assignment

      Assign a specific driver to this order

    • •
      Stem Type

      Select the appropriate stem type for the order

  4. Click "Create Order" to submit your customized post truck order
  5. Your new order will appear in your Amazon Relay post truck management page

Managing Orders

On your post truck management page, select multiple orders using checkboxes and choose "Modify", "Clone", "Delete Selected" or "Delete all" actions from the order management panel.

Modify Action

The Modify action allows you to update parameters for one or multiple orders at once. Works with Open orders:

  1. Select the orders you want to modify
  2. Select "Modify Orders" option in the order management panel
  3. A form will open where you can change:
    • Origin/destination radius
    • Minimal payout
    • Driver assignments (optional)
    • Stem time
  4. Select which parameters you want to update
  5. Click "Update orders" button to update all selected orders
  6. A progress bar will show up

Clone Action

The Clone action creates duplicate orders with optional changes:

  1. Select one or more orders to clone
  2. Select "Clone Orders" option in the order management panel
  3. Modify Start and End time, otherwise order will be created with same date and time of original order. If that time is in the past, order will be immediately expired.
  4. Click "Clone" button to generate the new orders

Delete Action

For removing individual or multiple selected orders:

  1. Select the order(s) you want to delete
  2. Select "Delete Selected" option in the order management panel
  3. Confirm the deletion in the popup dialog
  4. A progress indicator will show the deletion status for each order
  5. Receive a summary showing which orders were successfully deleted

Delete All Action

For completely clearing all your post truck orders:

  1. Select "Delete All" option in the order management panel
  2. Click "Delete all orders" button to proceed with removing all orders
  3. A real-time progress bar will show the deletion progress

Manage subscription

How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Find the Rocket Relay Manager extension in your browser's Extensions toolbar
  2. Click on the extension icon to open your account page
  3. Click "Manage subscription" button
  4. This will open a Stripe page where you can cancel your subscription
